Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Danny Rivera moved with his family to the Bronx, New York at 15 years of age. He later enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he honorably served for 23 years.
Danny’s strong work ethic nourished in the military combined with knowledge and experience in sales provides him a unique view of the real estate market and its trends.
As a long-time resident of Central Florida, Danny specializes in residential properties in beautiful Seminole County in the cities of Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Park, and has a strong real estate connection in the Orlando areas, notoriously known as the home of Disney World.
Having been through a plethora of military relocations both within the U.S. and overseas, Danny understands the circumstances that surround military relocations and the unique housing needs of our servicemembers and their families.
Danny specializes in military relocation, first time homebuyers, short sales, REO Bank Owned, distressed properties, and foreclosures. His expertise affords him the ability to assist his clients realize their real estate goals.
He enjoys taking a direct hands-on approach with his clients and is well supported by his team at Valence Realty Group.
Danny understands the purchase of a new home is often the largest investment a person will make in their lifetime. He also believes REALTORS® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection his clients deserve. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri.
He is a member in good standing of the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association (ORRA), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
During his off time, Danny enjoys running, weightlifting, and DIY projects.
